Time to stand up for the little guy

-- LiftRocket Team

The Small Business Administration loan programs established under the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act were designed to help small businesses. However, with high demand from businesses throughout the country, the $350 billion dollars initially set aside for the Paycheck Protection Program loans didn’t last long enough to trickle down to small businesses as they waited for loan approval from the banks.

If you are an actual small business, how frustrating is it that the biggest loans went to businesses that aren’t necessarily “small” such as coal producers, multi-million dollar biotech companies, hedge funds and restaurant chains like Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Shake Shack, and Potbelly Sandwiches?

Local businesses are being forced to shut down at the expense of larger corporations who are benefiting from the loan programs.

Our only job at LiftRocket is to support families and businesses that banks overlook. We can help with a Lift if your small business has been affected by COVID-19. Lifts support businesses seeking financial help and empower their local communities to rally behind them.

If you’re a small business or know of a small business that could benefit from a Lift, visit us at LiftRocket to get started today.
